  • Security & Verification: JWT authentication, silent reCAPTCHA, and device fingerprinting.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate and improve the app, personalize recommendations, verify users, maintain security, and process payments via Stripe.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Essential anonymized data may be used for development. Third-party providers (GCP, Namecheap, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe) may access data to provide services.

4. Data Security

Industry-standard measures protect your information, including JWT and secure storage.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use device fingerprinting and Cloudflare for performance monitoring. We do not track users for advertising.

6. Your Rights

Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@whereshouldivacation.com.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted with the updated date.

Terms of Service – Where Should I Vacation

Effective Date: February 7, 2026

By accessing or using Where Should I Vacation (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Account Use

You may create an account or use the app in free mode. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

2. User Content

You may create itineraries or travel plans. You retain ownership. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to display and manage your content within the app.

3. Payments

Some features require credits via Stripe. All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow Stripe policies and our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the app for illegal purposes or violate others’ rights. Hacking or interfering with app services is prohibited.

5. Third-Party Services

We use GCP, Namecheap, Vercel, Cloudflare, and Stripe. We are not responsible for their policies or practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of recommendations or itineraries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
